I was trying to fill up the application for the Chinese visa but I have a hard time to do that as suddenly One Web Site pop-up is a expertise passport visa center that was a beautiful and the best time for me. I was struggling with a lot of stuff but when I call them and make a meeting with them in a 1 meeting Harrdly 30 minutes, everything was done. and my visa was applied already they charge very reasonable price and also do their best job. They gave me the time for 15 days but after 10 days, they call me come pick up your passport and today morning I go pick up the passport and I was so happy and so comfortable so I will tell every of my My friends referred to this one Michelle her boss they helped me so good like a family. I needed my passport quickly and Get My Passports made it happen. Just for reference, I went on a Saturday for a walk-in 5-7 day hand-carry first-time passport service. The meeting itself was about 20-30 minutes, then I had to walk to the USPS office a few blocks away, have the passport agent officialize and seal my envelope, then bring it back to Get My Passports. This was all very easy and quick for me to do, and the employees at both facilities were a joy to work with, but depending on your needs this might be something for you to plan for accordingly. The service is expensive, but they're upfront about the fee and if need your passport quickly like I did, you're probably as willing to pay for the service as I was. It was about $900 and they had my passport in 5 business days. There's an extra cost if you need it shipped to you. I want to highlight some things I really appreciated about Get My Passports: 1. Their employees are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was very stressed through this process and they helped me calm down and have confidence everything would work out. They are super responsive to phone calls and emails too. 2. They loop you in on all processing and shipping details so I was always aware of where my passport application and physical passport were. 3. I needed a photo scan of my passport ASAP, and as soon as the office got a hold of my passport they emailed me a scan of it. Thank you so much everyone at Get My Passport (and the USPS)!

Only quarrel I have is that the price online isn’t what is advertised online, please be more transparent. I would have gladly still paid the $800 without being absolutely shocked once I’m there at the difference. It would have saved me the shock is all I’m saying. As a father that has joint custody I misplaced my sons passport with only 2 weeks to go for my sons vacation getaway with his mom I felt terrible. Another offer that they have is a Passport Card which works like a real ID. It’s $79 as of 6/11/2025 and it’s good for 10 years. I had never heard of it before but I ordered it and LOVE IT! It doesn’t work like a passport it works similar to a real ID. They’ll explain it to you. The service that I received was extremely professional! They exceeded my expectations by giving me the option of picking up my passport, passport card and documents in person at their location. It’s so much better than the regular mail! When my passport was ready, my passport, passport card and documents were securely sent by UPS/overnight to Get My Passports. By sending it UPS I was able to track my package. I started my process with Get My Passports on a Thursday and the following Tuesday (only 3 business days later) I had my new passport, my passport card and documents in my hands. I was SUPER-EXCITED! This was an expedited service that requires an additional fee and it was worth it to me! I’m extremely happy with the service that I received at Get My Passports and I can’t reiterate enough that I HIGHLY recommend Get My Passports to EVERYONE!
