Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 24 Hours (1 Business Day) – Not Under Manifest

  1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase, provided it is not under manifest, to receive a full refund of fees paid to Get My Passports.

  2. An order is considered “under manifest” once a representative has spoken with you and reserved a limited-capacity spot on your behalf with the relevant passport agency or consular service.

Under Manifest or After 24 Hours from Purchase

  1. If your order is under manifest, or if more than 24 hours have elapsed since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

  2. However, any canceled order that is ineligible for a refund remains active for 12 months from the original purchase date. You may process the order at any time within that 12-month period or transfer it to a friend or family member at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Charges

  1. Government fees (e.g., paid to the U.S. Department of State) are non-refundable by law.



  2. Photography and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been placed.



  3. We do not provide refunds for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to:

· Airline flight cancellations, missed flights, or delays

· Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets

· Changes in government policy, regulations, or requirements (including new paperwork requests)

· Delays caused by shipping or courier services

· Incompleteness or inaccuracy of filing information

Material Returns

  1. If you wish to cancel the service and have received physical materials (e.g., shipping labels, application kits, etc.) from us, you must return these materials upon request. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a refund (if still within the 24-hour window and not under manifest).

Significant Delays (Global Health Crises, Pandemics, etc.)

  1. Get My Passports is not liable for delays resulting from global health crises or other events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government shutdowns, etc.).

  2. We do our best to mitigate these delays but can provide no guarantee of service times during such events.

How to Request a Refund

  1. You must contact our billing office during standard business hours (Eastern Standard Time) if you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy.



  2. Our billing office is closed on weekends and official holidays. We will process your request as promptly as possible once received.

Maximum Liability & Final Delivery

  1. While Get My Passports guarantees its expediting service and will make every effort to deliver documents in a timely manner, our maximum liability to any customer, under any circumstances, is the amount of our service fee actually paid and collected.



  2. We offer no other warranty, express or implied.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute or claim arising from it must be brought exclusively in Chicago, Illinois.

  2. If you wish to file a dispute, you may contact our billing office or your local consumer affairs agency for further guidance.
