Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By placing an order, submitting an intake form, sending us your documents, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “Applicant,” “Customer,” or “Client”) confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Quick Passport and Visa, LLC, dba Get My Passports, is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any U.S. or foreign government agency, embassy, consulate, or department. We are a private expediting service that helps you prepare and submit applications for processing by government authorities.

You may apply directly with the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center, or any other relevant authority without using our service. Our service fee is separate from any government application, filing, or photo charges.

2. Authorization and Compliance

By using our services, you:

a. Authorize Get My Passports to act as your limited agent for the limited purpose of preparing, submitting, retrieving, and delivering passport, visa, and travel document applications on your behalf.

b. Confirm that you will comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign government regulations, including but not limited to those outlined in Title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), consular policies, and the requirements of passport and visa-issuing authorities.

c. Authorize Get My Passports and our network of registered hand-carry couriers and consulate partners to submit your application and accept delivery of the resulting passport or visa on your behalf, in accordance with the National Hand-Carry Procedures for Passport Applications where applicable.

d. Acknowledge that under the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), no information may be released from U.S. Government files without your prior written consent. By accepting these Terms, you give us that consent for the purpose of communicating with the U.S. Department of State and other Issuing Authorities about your application.

3. Services Provided

Depending on the service tier you purchase, we may:

a. Review your intake form and supporting documents b. Prepare and complete government application forms on your behalf c. Edit and format your photo to government specifications d. Provide prepaid FedEx labels for inbound and return shipments e. Hand-carry, courier, or partner-submit your application to the appropriate consulate or government office f. Pay the government / consulate fee on your behalf (where included in your service tier) g. Track and monitor the status of your application h. Return your passport and documents to you after processing

What we do not do: We do not issue passports, visas, or other travel documents. All approval, denial, and issuance decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. We have no influence or control over any consulate, embassy, or government office.

4. Service Fees and Government Fees

Our service fees are listed on our website and confirmed to you in writing before payment. Common fees include the Full Service, Drop-Off Only, and Rush options for China visa applications, as well as a la carte services for U.S. passports.

a. Service Fee — The fee paid to Get My Passports for our preparation, courier, and handling services.

b. Government / Consulate Fee (also called “Visa Application Fee” or “Passport Filing Fee”) — Paid directly to the issuing government authority and passed through to you. Under 22 C.F.R. § 22 and equivalent foreign regulations, these fees are non-refundable by law once paid to the government, even on a denial.

c. Shipping and Handling Fees — Paid to FedEx, UPS, or other third-party couriers for inbound and return shipping.

d. Out-of-Pocket Expenses — You agree to reimburse us for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with your case (for example, additional courier runs, replacement photos, document authentication fees). We will notify you in advance whenever practical.

100% Advance Payment. You must pay 100% of the Service Fee by an approved payment method before we begin substantive work. If we choose, in our sole discretion, to begin work before receiving payment, you remain liable for the full amount.

Credit Card Processing Fee on Cancellation. If you pay by credit card and later cancel, a payment-processing fee of 5% of the original transaction (minimum $15) may be deducted from any refund issued, to recover non-recoverable card processor fees. See the Refund Policy for full details.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

a. Accuracy. Every answer on the intake form, every supporting document, and every piece of information you provide must be truthful, complete, and accurate. We submit what you give us. False, misleading, or incomplete information can result in denial, blacklisting, or legal consequences from the government, and you bear sole responsibility for those outcomes.

b. Valid documents. Your passport must meet the issuing government’s requirements (typically 6+ months of remaining validity and 2+ blank visa pages). You are responsible for verifying eligibility before purchasing our services.

c. Travel itinerary (where required). For U.S. expedited passport services, the U.S. Department of State requires a confirmed travel itinerary or a letter from a business stating you are traveling for business. You must provide this. If you cannot, we may be unable to perform the service.

d. Timely action. You must complete the intake form, ship your documents, respond to our requests, and complete any government-required steps (COVA, biometrics, additional supporting documents) on time. Required documentation should reach us within 3 business days unless we have agreed otherwise. Delays caused by you may incur additional charges and may make timely processing impossible, with no guarantee of completion by your travel date even with additional fees.

e. Pickup of documents. If you are instructed to pick up your passport or travel documents at our office, you must contact us and retrieve them by the due date provided.

f. Travel decisions. Do not book non-refundable travel until your visa or passport is physically in your possession. We are not responsible for missed trips, canceled flights, hotel cancellation fees, or other travel losses.

6. Performance and Timing

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide our services in a timely manner. We will tell you the estimated timeline for your service at the point of sale and again in our intake confirmation.

All timelines are estimates only. Government processing times can change without notice. Consulate portals, holidays, staffing, system outages, security reviews, and policy changes are outside our control. Our timeline estimates assume the consulate operates normally and your application has no issues. If the consulate is delayed or your application is held for additional review, your timeline will extend, and that extension is not a breach of these Terms.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. Approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing government authority. The reasons for denial are determined by the government, sometimes not disclosed to us, and not within our control.

Payment of our fees entitles you to our preparation, handling, courier, and submission services. It does not entitle you to an approved visa or passport.

Issuing Authorities may at any time request additional documents, additional fees, or additional supporting information. We will pass these requests to you promptly. We are not liable for delays or denials resulting from such additional requests.

8. Changes in Official Requirements

Government requirements and procedures change frequently and without notice. We are not liable for any impact, delay, or denial arising from changes in official requirements, consulate policies, or processing procedures. We will attempt to notify you of relevant changes as we become aware of them.

9. Change Orders

If you wish to change the scope of services (for example, upgrading from Drop-Off Only to Full Service, adding rush, changing visa type, or adding applicants), submit your request in writing. We will respond with the additional time required, the variation in fees, and any other impacts. Changes are effective only upon mutual written agreement and payment of any additional fees.

We may also change the services from time to time without your consent, provided that the change does not materially affect the nature or scope of the services, the Service Fees, or the processing time.

10. Document Handling and Risk

You are entrusting us with sensitive physical documents (passports, birth certificates, IDs) and sensitive personal information. We handle both with reasonable care:

a. We log every document we receive against your order in our internal system. b. We use FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation on outbound and return shipments. c. We use approved consulate partners and licensed couriers where applicable.

Limits on document liability. In the event of loss or damage during the time your documents are in our direct possession (excluding while in transit with FedEx, the consulate, or any government authority), our liability is limited to the actual replacement cost of the lost document, capped at the total Service Fee paid. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by FedEx, the consulate, any government authority, or any third party.

You should keep digital copies of your passport, ID page, and any submitted documents before sending them to us.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where we suspect or believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient, or where we believe submission could harm the customer, us, or any third party. If we refuse service, our maximum liability is limited to the Service Fee paid and collected from you.

12. Communications and Recording

By providing us your phone number and email, you consent to receive transactional communications from us by call, text, and email regarding your application, including SMS to mobile numbers. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP; opting out of marketing does not stop transactional case-related communications necessary to deliver your service.

We may record customer service phone calls for quality assurance, training, and legal protection. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you consent to that recording.

13. Confidential Information

You and Get My Passports may exchange confidential information in the course of your application. Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other’s confidential information and will not use or disclose it outside the scope of these Terms, except as required by law or legal process. Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party is not considered confidential.

14. Intellectual Property

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN ADVICE OBTAINED FROM US CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

16. Limitation of Liability

a. Maximum liability. Get My Passports’s, its owners’, officers’, employees’, agents’, and affiliates’ total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the Service Fee actually paid and collected by us from you for the specific service in question.

b. Excluded damages. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRIPS, MISSED FLIGHTS, HOTEL OR TOUR CANCELLATION COSTS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

c. Third parties. We are not liable for any delay, denial, loss, or damage caused by FedEx, UPS, USPS, the consulate, the embassy, the U.S. Department of State, any other government authority, our consulate partners, or any third party.

17. Indemnification and Release

You release Get My Passports and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold them harmless against, any claim, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) false, misleading, or incomplete information you provided; (b) your violation of these Terms; © your violation of any law, regulation, or government requirement; (d) any third-party claim related to your application or trip; or (e) the ordinary negligence of Get My Passports or its representatives in performing the services.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of God; natural disasters; storms, fire, flood, earthquake; war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots; government order, law, embargo, or shutdown; national or regional emergency; public health crisis or pandemic; labor stoppages; supplier failure; consulate or embassy closure; shortage of power, communications, or transportation; cyber-attacks; or other similar events (“Force Majeure”). We will use diligent efforts to mitigate the effects and to resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

19. Termination

We may terminate these Terms and your access to our services with immediate effect upon written notice if you fail to pay any amount when due, materially breach these Terms, or provide false or misleading information.

20. Independent Contractor Relationship

Get My Passports operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and us beyond the limited courier-agent role described in Section 2.

21. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

a. Contact us first. If you have a problem, contact us at team@getmypassports.com or (708) 360-7277 before pursuing any other remedy. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

b. Chargebacks. You agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without prior contact is a breach of these Terms, and we will dispute it and may pursue collection of fees, costs, and damages.

c. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

d. Venue. The sole venue for any litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

e. Class-action waiver. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us. All claims must be brought individually.

f. Carve-out. This Section does not apply to denied, suspended, revoked, or terminated applications by an issuing authority (see 22 C.F.R. § 22, Subpart E). You may contact your local office of consumer affairs or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction regarding such matters.

22. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or other business transaction.

23. Notices

Notices to us must be in writing and sent by email to team@getmypassports.com or by mail to the address above. Notices to you will be sent to the email address or phone number on file with your order.

24. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at getmypassports.com/terms-and-conditions. Material changes apply to new orders placed after the effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
