Terms and Conditions

Quick Passport and Visa, LLC, dba Get My Passports (“Get My Passports”)

Authorization & Compliance with Official Procedures

  1. By using our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by all applicable U.S. and foreign government regulations, including but not limited to those outlined in Title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), consular policies, and the requirements of passport and visa-issuing authorities.



  2. Get My Passports acts solely as an expediting courier and administrative support. We facilitate the submission and retrieval of passport and visa applications on your behalf. We have no authority to alter or overturn any official decision or procedure established by the U.S. or foreign governments.

Services Provided

  1. We provide administrative support for filing applications and retrieving official decisions or documents (e.g., passports, visas).

  2. We do not issue passports or travel documents. All decisions are made by the relevant government agency or consulate.

Government Fees & Non-Refundability

  1. Government fees (e.g., U.S. Department of State passport fees) are paid directly to the issuing authority and, by law, are generally non-refundable (see 22 C.F.R. § 22).

  2. Get My Passports charges an additional service fee for our expediting and courier services. This fee is separate from government fees.

No Liability for Official Decisions or Processing Requirements

  1. Issuing Authorities (U.S. Passport Agencies, consulates, embassies) may request additional documents or information. We have no control over these decisions or requirements.

  2. Get My Passports does not guarantee the approval of any passport or visa application. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted.

  3. Information provided on our website or by employees is for general guidance and may not reflect the most recent changes in legislation, regulations, or consular policies.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all application materials, supporting documents, and submitted information are complete, accurate, and current. Submitting incomplete or false materials may result in application delays or rejections.

  2. Document Pick-Up: If you have been instructed to pick up your passport or travel documents directly from our office (rather than requesting shipment), you must contact us and arrange retrieval by the due date provided by our office.

  3. Research: We strongly encourage applicants to research official guidelines at travel.state.gov (or the relevant foreign government websites) before filing any application.

Right to Refuse Service

  1. Get My Passports reserves the right to refuse service if there is any suspicion that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient.

  2. Our maximum liability for a refusal of service is limited to the service fee paid to and collected by us from you.

Changes to Official Requirements

  1. We have no control over changes in official or government requirements (which can occur frequently).



  2. We are not liable for any impact or delays these changes might have on your application.



  3. We will attempt to inform you of any updates as soon as we become aware.

Photography & Handling Fees

  1. If applicable, photography and handling fees (for application package assembly, etc.) are non-refundable once an order has been placed.



  2. If you cancel our service, you must return any materials provided by our office upon request.

Limitations of Liability

  1. Get My Passports, its owners, agents, affiliates, and employees make no express or implied guarantees other than what is stated in these Terms & Conditions.



  2. Our maximum liability under all circumstances is strictly limited to the service fee paid to and collected by us from you. We shall not be liable for direct or consequential damages of any kind, including missed travel or other expenses.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. Any disputes concerning our expedited service fees must be filed in accordance with applicable law.

  2. This section does not apply to denied, suspended, revoked, or terminated applications by an issuing authority (see 22 C.F.R. § 22, Subpart E).



  3. If you wish to contest the terms of this policy, you may contact your local office of public consumer affairs or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.



  4. The laws of the State of Illinois govern these Terms & Conditions. The sole venue for any litigation shall be Chicago, Illinois.
