La tarifa de servicio es aparte y opcional; la nuestra empieza en $199. Los $140 van a las autoridades en cualquier caso.

Probablemente sí. Los ciudadanos de EE. UU. no están en la lista de exención de visa de China: para turismo o negocios normales, necesita visa. La única excepción es la exención de tránsito de 240 horas (10 días), y es estrecha: aplica solo si transita hacia un tercer país por un puerto habilitado y permanece dentro de las zonas permitidas.
